In any dispute arising out of, related to, or in connection with this agreement ("Dispute") where one party brings a claim against another which has an amount at stake of more than US$10,000 (Ten Thousand United States Dollars), you agree to settle the Dispute exclusively through binding arbitration by JUDICATA.
